The last time Beyonce was carrying Blue Ivy on her hips like this, she was wearing sky-high heels [see pic]. This time she couldn't have been less bothered. Still world-hopping for her Mrs. Carter tour, Beyonce was candidly photographed in socks and sweatshirt. Most mothers will relate I'm sure :)
