The weather is already improving so it’s time we got talking about the summer trends that look set to dominate summer 2017 weddings in Ireland. For example, food trucks are getting more and more popular at Irish weddings and of course they are especially popular at summer weddings – especially if you get the weather. Is any guest really going to complain about having delicious food such as pizza and ice cream after a few glasses of wine?!
