Sherri Shepherd's Surrogate Speaks Out For First Time About Abandoned Baby

Sherri Shepherd had her son via IVF at 38 and when at 45 she couldn't get pregnant same way, she and former husband Lamar Sally turned to surrogacy to build their family using egg donor. However, their marriage broke down while the surrogate was still pregnant, read here. Sherri later alleged that Lamar had defrauded her into signing the papers so that he would get custody after their divorce and milk her for child support payments since she was the bigger earner.

Based on this, the former co-host of The View decided to hands-off the new baby especially since her genetic material was not used. Unfortunately, this meant the surrogate mother got left in the lurch as the only mother of the child.

The argument causing the hit and run took place on set of a film/documentary being shot in Compton, California, which the likes of Game, Dr. Dre, and Ice Cube are all involved in.

She was near death after implants to enhance her thighs and butt went septic, and now Brazilian model Andressa Urach is speaking out against cosmetic surgery. The former runner-up in the Miss Bum Bum contest said on Brazil TV that she regrets putting "poison in my body, mostly because of having too much vanity."

Though she survived the tragic wounds that followed an infection caused by the rotting implants, Andressa hasn't fully recovered yet. The wounds on her legs were seen bleeding through her skirt during the interview. After she was discharged from hospital at the beginning of the year, the model released horror photos taken during her month in intensive care. Now, she's making the media circuits to warn others against plastic surgery.

Pastor Joshua Adah has been buried today, barely a week after he was hacked to death in Taraba State on January 23rd by Fulani Herdsmen. The 36-year-old husband and father of two was loved by all who knew him and became well known after being featured on Naija Diamonds Season 2 which held in 2012, as one of the people making a difference in Nigeria.

Man Forces Fiance To Swallow Engagement Ring After Arguing Over Wedding Plans

Kyle Norman, a member of early 2000s boy group Jagged Edge, has been arrested in Atlanta today Jan. 29th after he brutally assaulted his fiancee and made her swallow her engagement ring. He's currently being held at the Fulton County Jail on a charge of aggravated assault.

His fiancee is currently in hospital with "welts under her eyes, a golf ball-sized knot on her forehead, a cut to her nose and a blood clot in her right eye".

Seattle Seahawks running back Marshawn Lynch has refused, for the third day in a row, to give meaningful answers to the reporters who ask him questions during press briefings for the on-coming Super Bowl. A few of the journalists had yesterday talked about boycotting Skittles which the NFL player endorses, but that does not seem to have affected Marshawn Lynch in any way.

AIT Blames APC For Rigging Online Presidential Poll Causing It To Be Cancelled

AIT started an online Presidential Opinion Poll a few days ago, but it was shut down on Wednesday, January 28, 2015. Since then, they have received a lot of backlash by APC party supporters who called them out for being biased and cancelling the poll because Buhari was leading.

This widespread criticism on social media platforms and online news media has now prompted the management of DAAR Communications to release a statement stating the reasons for the poll being shut down. Could Antibiotics Cure Cancer? 8-Year-Old's Suggestion Turns Out To Be True

Camilla Lisanti was asked how she would cure cancer, and the eight-year-old suggested using antibiotics, an idea which has turned out to have a lot of merit. Camilla was asked the question by her parents, a husband-wife cancer research team.

They were sceptical at first but went ahead to test out her theory in their Manchester University lab. To their surprise, several cheap and widely-used antibiotics killed the most dangerous cancer cells, including seven of the most common cancers – including breast, prostate, lung and hard-to-treat brain tumours.

Police say Dimitrina Dimitrova lost her balance as she jumped up and down in excitement after her partner popped the question on a cliff at Cala Tarida, Ibiza. She suffered a heart attack brought on by injuries caused by the 65ft fall from the cliff. She was alive but unconscious when paramedics arrived but died at the scene minutes later.

Kanye West has premiered the new video for his “Only One” single with Paul McCartney and it features himself and his one-and-a-half-year-old daughter with Kim Kardashian, North West. Amazing 200-Year-Old Meditating Mummy Found In Mongolia

Mummified remains of what appears to be a lama teacher or monk meditating in the lotus position has been found in Mongolia. Amazingly, the mummy is believed to have been like that for about two hundred years! A forensic examination is underway on the mummy, said to have been preserved in animal skin which could be the skin of a cow, horse, or camel.

'The mummified body sits in a lotus position, as if still meditating,' said a report in The Siberian Times - citing Mongolian accounts of the discovery.
