The first crop tops appeared on the fashion scene during the 1940's. Now, they're "in" along with these other cute summer outfits. The crop top peaked throughout the 70's until the 90's, but it's making a comeback today. So are bardot sleeves and maxi dresses. However, modern looks are also in style this summer.
