Christ Embassy Removes Picture of Pastor Chris Oyakhilome And Wife From Website

Above is Pastor Chris and Anita Oyakhilome at the top of the Christ Embassy website in July 2014. As of today, Pastor Chris Oyakhilome and Christ Embassy have removed the image of estranged wife, Rev. Anita Oyakhilome from the church website (http://www.christembassy.org/).

This is following the shocking revelation that she filed for divorce in London this week. Anita Oyakhilome filed for divorce on the grounds of 'unreasonable behaviour' and 'adultery' on the part of Pastor Chris Oyakhilome.

Members of the church in the UK had shown concern over Pastor Anita’s absence from the church, in which she officiates, since November 2013. This followed some comments credited to Pastor Chris on the ongoing crisis in his marriage.

Recent comments on the Facebook Page set up by those concerned members of the Christ Embassy church show a sharp division over the couple's split. [Read Here]

President Obama, Michelle, Malia And Sasha Stylish In Black For Wedding of White House Chef

President Obama, the First Lady Michelle Obama, Malia and Sasha flew from Washington to New York to attend the wedding of the White House assistant chef and their longtime family chef and close friend, Sam Kass, who married MSNBC host Alex Wagner.

Kass began cooking for the Obamas when they lived in Chicago before Obama became president, and in 2009 they persuaded him to come to the White House. Obama even attended Sam's bachelor party last week.

Ebola In Port Harcourt, ECOWAS Official Koye Olu-Ibukun, To Be Charged For Manslaughter

Koye Olu-Ibukun, the Nigerian who escaped from observation in Lagos, after coming in contact with Patrick Sawyer and beginning to show symptoms of Ebola virus to travel to Port Harcourt for treatment, may be facing manslaughter charges soon.

Olu-Ibukun was attached to the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS), as head of their liaison office in Lagos and had come in contact with Patrick Sawyer in that capacity. His irresponsible actions of travelling while sick resulted in the death of the doctor who treated him (Iyke Enemuo), and also exposed unknown numbers of Nigerians to the virus.

There are reports that the number of persons under surveillance in the state for Ebola Virus Disease has increased to almost 200.

Dwayne Wade And Gabrielle Union Tie The Knot In Fairytale Wedding

Actress Gabrielle Union and Baller, Dwyane Wade got married in fairytale wedding at an upscale location in Maimi yesterday. Dwyane has 2 sons from a previous marriage, and also expecting another from a brief relationship while on a short break from Gabrielle Union. Soon after that, he proposed and she said yes.

Gabrielle has been married before but has no child. She has compared marrying Dwayne Wade to getting an instant family.

Judge Says Incest May No Longer Be Taboo, Compares It to Homosexuality

A judge in Australia has been criticised after saying incest may no longer be a taboo and that the community may now accept consensual sex between adult siblings.

Judge Garry Neilson, from the district court in the state of New South Wales, likened incest to homosexuality, which was once regarded as criminal and "unnatural" but is now widely accepted.

He said incest was now only a crime because it may lead to abnormalities in offspring but this rationale was increasingly irrelevant because of the availability of contraception and abortion. According to the Telegraph, the judge said;

Couple Love - Coco And Ice-T Vacation In Barbados

Law and Order SVU actor and rapper Ice T is taking time off in Barbados with glamour model and wife Coco Austin. The couple also star in the reality TV show, Ice Loves Coco.

Coco wore a tiny string bikini as she that showed off her enhanced curves as she enjoyed the sea, the sand and the sun while her husband watched from the beach.

PSquare Releases Music Video For Single Ejeajo

Peter and Paul Okoye (P-Square) have released the new music video for EJEAJO featuring US Grammy winning rapper, TI. The song reminds me of the old disco songs of the 80s, catchy tune and very danceable. The video is directed by Clarence Peters and their elder brother and manager, Jude Okoye.

Three new singles from the duo has been released, EJEAJO and SHEKINI, both produced by Vtek; and BRING IT ON featuring guitarist/trombonist Dave Scott and produced by Rudeboy.

The perception that a widow doesn’t and shouldn’t have a sexual need lies in the minds of the ignorant. The urge is there, stronger, deeper and certainly more intense. Punch asked a few widows what their experience has been like.

53-year-old school teacher, Getrude Oyetayo said she had had to battle with the issue of loneliness since her husband, Williams, passed on five years ago. Oyetayo says she is still not used to the fact that she is a widow, saying she would not wish the condition for her worst enemy.;

“I am not too old, somebody should be around me. The urge to have sex comes on once in a while, it is the grace of God that keeps me going all this while.”

“Personally, I came to realise that my profession of being a teacher has helped me a lot. I am disciplined. I try to make sure I am myself. I respect myself and forge ahead. I don’t dwell along that line. If I put my interest there, I will lose focus. Peradventure it comes again; I only ask God what He thinks I should do. God has always been there. God will ask me if He is not sufficient for me. If I have any sexual feelings, I engage myself in the house of God. It has helped me not to think of it.

Facebook Page Shares Pastor Chris And Anita Oyakhilome's Divorce Update

The Facebook page that initially brought to light the issues between Pastor Chris Oyakhilome and Pastor Anita has become operational again. Their stated aim is to reconcile the couple and prevent divorce, but it seems bridges can no more be mended. The message below was posted a week before the news about Pastor Anita filing for divorce emerged.

Dear Brothers and Sisters,

It is very interesting that we requested the closure of this page and were informed that in 14 days, the page will shut down. But... its still here! What happened?

The Lord needs the page open! The purpose obviously has not been achieved. There is a huge question still hanging - "Where is Rev. Anita Oyakhilome?"

I believe the Lord allowed our silence to show us and all of you who are concerned about the ministry just how deep the problems are. It is not surprising the negative, abusive and insultive comments people have come here to make against others because they decided to stand up for truth and speak up.
