Lupita Nyong’o, Academy award–winning actress was the keynote speaker for the 10th annual Massachusetts Conference for Women on December 4, 2014 which had a sold-out crowd of 10,000 attendees.

The award winning actress spoke on how she was able to overcome her fears in order to achieve her dream of being an actress and helping to tell stories that matter in front of the camera. She explains dreams as a portal to one's purpose, and talks about how, in order to achieve her's she had to do the following.

James Franco and Seth Rogen Get Naked, Again

James Franco and Seth Rogen are really going all out to promote their new movie, The Interview, a controversial comedy about assassinating North Korea's president Kim Jung Un. Some say the movie have something to do with the hacking of Sony Pictures Entertainment and subsequent leaking of some movies as well as the actor's salaries.

But the actors are not deterred as they continue to hype the film. After James Franco hosted the SNL show on Friday, the two star actos spent the weekend getting naked together. First was their “leaked Christmas card” and then a turn on Discovery's Naked and Afraid.

Fight With PDiddy Lands Drake In Hospital

P. Diddy is reported to have beaten up Drake so badly that the latter had to check himself into hospital after their fight last night outside a Miami club.

You'll agree with me that it hasn't been a good week for Drake. First he was called out by much younger friend, Chris Brown, 23, for dating ex-girlfriend, Karrueche Tran while Chris was in prison, read here. And now he is beaten up by a man more than 10 years older than him. Drake is 28 while P. Diddy is 40.

Stephanie Moseley was a VH1 Star dancing on the show, Hit The Floor, and her boyfriend Earl Hayes was an aspiring rapper, once signed to Floyd Mayweather's record label. Both Moseley and Hayes are now tragically dead, and are reported to have passed away in a shocking murder-suicide after a domestic violence incident.

Discovery Channel's Anaconda Special 'Eaten Alive' On Twitter For Failing To Deliver

For weeks, the Discovery Channel had been heavily hyping a special tagged, Eaten Alive, as part of their Mega D Week. In the episode, wildlife chaser, Paul Rosolie and his team were reported to have gone searching the Amazon jungle in hopes of finding a snake that was big enough to eat him.

Supposedly, they found an Anaconda, and in the episode, we're supposed to see the dramatic moments where Paul is swallowed alive by the giant snake. Unfortunately, that is not what happened. I had other shows but had the show scheduled to watch today. However, I just went online and twitter reaction to the show means I'll not be doing so. Check them out!

Prince William & Kate Middleton In USA For Royal Visit And Charity Fund-raising

Prince William and his pregnant wife, Kate Middleton, Duchess of Cambridge,  received a very warm and appreciative welcome in New York as they arrived for a 3 day royal tour. Those who are royalty lovers from all around the USA came out in their numbers to greet the royal couple at the JFK airport before they were driven to their hotel.

Soon after their arrival, the couple attended a private charity dinner hosted by British media and marketing mogul Sir Martin Sorrell, to raise funds for their umbrella charity, the American Friends of the Royal Foundation of The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge and Prince Harry.

Nuella Njubigbo and her husband Tchidi Chikere announced the arrival of their baby last week and the actress has now shared new photos of her beautiful baby girl with her fans. This is her first child, but the fourth for Tchidi Chikere who already has three sons with ex-wife, Sophia Chikere.

Nigerian Student In London, KiahMarah Nwagwu Goes Missing

16-year-old Nigerian student, Kiahmarah Nwagwu, has not been seen for the past four days and has officially been declared missing. According to London24, Kiamarah was last seen leaving her school, Hammersmith Academy on Wednesday December 3rd at about 1.30pm.

Kiahmarah is slim and between 5ft 6ins and 5ft 8ins tall. At the time of her disappearance, she had shoulder-length Afro-style hair, and was last seen wearing a dark knee-length wax coat, but might have taken a change of clothes.

And I also ask, if this happens to celebrities who can usually afford to take themselves and family to real hospitals, what about the poor women we may never hear about?

Charity Odoemelam, the wife of comedian, Elder Odoemelam popularly known as Elder O passed away on Saturday Dec. 6th just a day after she gave birth to the couple's first son. Charity and Elder got married in January, and by December of the same year, she is gone.

35-Year-Old Mother Of Four Murdered In Her Own Home Discovered By Her Children

Investigations are on-going into the death of a 35-year-old wife and mother of four children, Martha Ifeoma Ifewulu. She was married to 52-year-old Law­rence Ugochukwu Ifewulu, and both are pictured above. I may have watched too much Dateline shows where most home deaths are caused by significant others, but I can't help wondering if the husband is responsible? In his own testimony, he may have been the last to see her alive.

Mrs. Ifewulu was murdered in her home on Monday December, 1st, and in a terrible twist of chance, her young children were the first to discover her body. They had just returned from school to their home in Lagos on that day and found their mother lying in a pool of her own blood.
