Beyonce Holds Champagne Glass To Disprove Pregnancy Rumors?

For a long while now as their On the Run Tour wound to a close in the US and moved to Europe, rumors had spread that Beyonce was pregnant with her second child. On the last night in Paris, Jay Z stirred up those speculations after he changed his lyrics to mention a new baby in a song.

Now that the tour is over, it seems the couple want to put the talk to rest. Yesterday pictures of Beyonce made sure she was photographed holding a full champagne glass to celebrate the end of the massively successful tour..

The question remains, is she just holding it in solidarity with those celebrating the toast or did she drink the wine? LOL...

I'm beginning to agree with a friend who think this couple deliberately manipulate the press for their own ends. If that is so, it works for me too :)

Lupita Nyong'o is back in the news again on the issue of her dark skin as she visits Sesame Street and chats with Elmo about the largest organ in the body. Lupita is always gorgeous and her skin is amazing, but I wonder how she feels about being made the unofficial ambassador of black/brown skinned people :)

And I can't help thinking of children who are born or have developed skin conditions that require treatment, how will they feel about all this beautiful skin love? Sometimes it's better to just stick to facts, I think.

Semi-Nude Fashion Show At Church Sanctuary In New York - Is This Right?

This picture of gospel singer, Onlyone Harmony, holding a mic at the Riverside Church in New York appeared on my Facebook timeline with the following question: "is this outfit appropriate for her to be singing in the church?"

A little research showed that Ms. Onlyone Harmony was part of a fashion show that involed a number of people, both men and women, wearing different types of revealing costumes.

According to Zimbio, this is "the Adrian Alicea fashion show during Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Spring 2015 runway at Riverside Church on September 10, 2014 in New York City."

Still, many Facebook comments are not pacified and wondered why would the church allow it venue to be used in this way, as it shows lack of respect for the church. They also wonder if it is appropriate for a gospel singer to be dressed so even if it is for a fashion show.

Iggy Azalea's former boyfriend and manager, Hefe Wine, has been looking for a paying outlet for their sex tape, read here, and is now claiming he would be within his rights to sell that tape. This he says is because she had signed her rights away to him, giving him legal authority to market the tape.

Not the sex tape specifically, but he said Iggy signed a lengthy agreement with him in 2009 which gives him exclusive rights to 'manufacture, sell, distribute and advertise 'any' recording embodying visual images of her.

This was back in 2009, when she was just 18 years old and desperate for her talent to get discovered. Probably thought her wonderful boyfriend had the best intentions for her. Poor girl!

Omawumi And Fiance Secretly Tie The Knot At Her Hometown

Omawumi Megbele is reported to have secretly carried out her traditional engagement with Tosin Yussuf, her fiance and the father of her 3 year old daughter in a private ceremony on Saturday, September 13.

The couple performed the initial traditional marriage rites at a very low-key event, which held at her late father’s house in Warri, Delta State.

The engagement ceremony was marked alongside the singer’s late Dad’s 10th year memorial in Warri. According to reports, the event had only a few people and family members in attendance, including Singer Waje and her manager, Sunday Are.

The look book for the Scandal collection has just arrived from The Limited. They are mostly office outfits designed along with those worn by Olivia Pope on the show. Some of the designs are exactly the same as those worn by the character.

The collection was created by Kerry Washington, Scandal's costume designer Lyn Paolo and VP of Design at The Limited, Elliot Staples.

Suited for the fall season during which the show is set, there are beautiful coats, power suits, long sweaters, leather purses and also quite a lot of black and white items, which is Olivia Pope's signature look.

The Scandal collection hits stores and online on Sept. 23 while the season four premiere comes two days later. Counting down...

Eva Mendes And Ryan Gosling Welcome Baby Girl!

Eva Mendes and Ryan Gosling welcomed their beautiful baby girl on Friday Sept 12. E! News has confirmed the actress gave birth to the couple's first child in Los Angeles. No other details are available at this time.

News about the couple's pregnancy broke in July but they neither confirmed or denied it. Eva Mendes and Gosling began dating back in September 2011.

Ayo Oritsejafor Admits He Owns Private Jet Used To Smuggle $9.3Million Into South Africa For Arms

News broke over the weekend that authorities in South Africa had intercepted an Israeli citizen and two Nigerians who attempted to smuggle $9.3 million cash into the country.

The money was seized by the South African Revenue Service (SARS) from a private jet arriving at Lanseria airport in Johannesburg on September 5th. It was alleged that the money was meant for arms, and subsequntly, the case was to be investigated by the police.

Now, Sahara Reporters have uncovered a connection between the smuggled money and Pastor Ayo Oritsejafor, the president of the Christian Association of Nigeria.

Usher Talks About Marrying Again And Being A Wedding Singer

Usher has been dating his manager and Def Jam label executive Grace Miguel, 47, since after his divorce from Tameka Raymond in 2009 and it looks like the 35 year old singer is thinking about settling down again.

Some weeks ago, Usher had mentioned in an interview that he hoped his ex-wife would stop using his last name if he ever married again.

Actress Says Cops Handcuffed Her For PDA With White Boyfriend, Thinking Her A Prostitute

Yesterday, we told you about Daniele Watts, an African American actress and her white boyfriend who were arrested for public sex [here]. Danielle has now shared her story saying the officers did not arrest, but handcuffed her. She insists they were clearly racist because she was only showing affection, and they were fully clothed.

Daniele and Brian James, who did not mention that they were having sex, shared their story on Facebook. They said they were just having a nice time when policemen approached them and asked to see their ID cards.

Daniele said she protested because she knew she had done nothing wrong, and that was when they handcuffed her and put her in their squad car. Her boyfriend believes they thought she was a prostitute.

Pastor Chris Oyakhilome Suspends Pastor For Discussing His Divorce, Calls It Blasphemy?

Blasphemy is supposed to mean speaking out against God, now Pastor Chris Oyakhilome, founder of Christ Embassy, has given it a new meaning.

The pastor who is embroiled in a divorce drama with his estranged wife suspended one of the church pastors in Lagos, Michelle Okojie, for her “subversive activities” - read, discussing the divorce with church members and not being supportive of the sainted pastor Chris.

Citing Bible passages from Romans 16:17-20 and Titus 3:10 wherein Christians were told to “watch out for those who cause divisions and create obstacles,” the church warned every member of the congregation to stay away from Ms. Okojie.
