Maybe because Mia lives in Miami, USA, away from people who could really harm her, she seems not bothered. She has been tweeting back to those who harrass her on social media after getting threats.

Charlie Hebdo Cartoonist Who Let In The Gunmen Speaks And Photos Of Victims Released

Charlie Hebdo cartoonist Corrine Rey gave the passcode the the office building to two masked and armed terrorists who ended up killing 12 in the French satirical magazine's office today.

She's just spoken out to the press saying that she 'd was threatened into doing that. She had just returned from picking her daughter from school when she was confronted by the men who said they would kill her daughter if she doesn't give them the entry code for the building.

Black Twitter Brings Focus To #NAACPBombing Which Has Gone Unreported

First, I saw NAACP trending, followed by  #NAACPBomb and  #NAACPBombing. I finally clicked and found there had been a racially motivated bomb attack outside a Colorado NAACP office building yesterday. The hashtags are asking why no major news outlets have reported on the explosion which the FBI have called "deliberate". This is coming after the uproar surrounding the terrorist attack in France this morning.

Most of the tweets using these hashtags are criticizing the mainstream media for their lack of coverage of the attack. According to the FBI, someone planted an in improvised explosive device on the wall of the group’s Colorado Springs office, right next to a gasoline can. However, when the IED exploded, the gosline failed to ignite meaning that there were no casualties.

BankyW has just released the music video for ‘Mercy',  a track off his last album, R&BW. He calls the video a Music Film, and it was shot in New York City, and features a mostly Nigerian cast of upcoming actors and film students. It was written, directed and performed by Banky W. Phylicia Rashad, the iconic TV wife from the Bill Cosby Show is speaking up for the 77-year-old comedian who has been named by about 20 women in rape allegations over the past few months. So far, many of Bill Cosby's friends and colleagues kept their distance, so Phylicia Rashad standing by his side will surely mean a lot. In a recent interview, she said;

“Forget these women. What you’re seeing is the destruction of a legacy. And I think it’s orchestrated. I don’t know why or who’s doing it, but it’s the legacy. And it’s a legacy that is so important to the culture.”

Omotola Jalade And Husband Give Back To Widows and Orphanages

Omotola through her charity the Omotola Youth Empowerment Programme (OYEP) has recently hosted widows and orphans to food, drinks, dancing and gifts.

Omotola who is marking her 20th year anniversary in entertainment starts a tour in Abuja on the 21st of January. She hosted the usual "Give and let give” end of year event where she and friends fete the less privileged amidst fun and thankfulness for a closing year and welcoming a new one.

Terror In Paris - 12 Killed By Gunmen At Satirical French Magazine, Charlie Hebdo

Gunmen attacked the offices of satirical magazine Charlie Hebdo in Paris, 12 were killed, 8 wounded, with 4 in critical condition, authorities say. The CNN report and photos below...

A French satirical magazine's office turned into a horror show Wednesday when three attackers burst in and began firing, killing at least 12 before heading off onto the streets of Paris.

While it wasn't immediately clear who was behind the attack, French officials viewed it as a clear act of terrorism. And there were real fears things could get even worse, with the assailants still on the loose.

"We need to find the actors of this terrorist act," French President Francois Hollande said. "They must be arrested and brought before judges and condemned as quickly as possible. France is shocked today."
