With just one more state to go – that is Borno - APC candidate Rtd General Muhammadu Buhari is in the lead with a margin of almost 2Million. Since initial reports say Borno massively voted APC, it is safe to say that all roads lead to a new president come May 29, less than 2 months from today!
As news filtered out that the incumbent president, Goodluck Jonathan has called Buhari already to congratulate him, other PDP supporters have also toed the same line. Governor Fayose urged Nigerians to respect the outcome of the elections. On the APC side, Atiku Abubakar congratulated Buhari, but also thanked President Goodluck. Check out their statements below...
President Jonathan Congratulates Buhari, Concedes 2015 Elections! #NigeriaHasDecided
According to recent tweets by a current minister in the present administration, President Goodluck Jonathan has reportedly conceded defeat and has congratulated Muhammadu Buhari of the All Progressives Congress on his victory in the presidential elections.
Aviation Minister, Osita Chidoka also added that he will address the nation with his concession speech after meeting with other PDP stalwarts. If this information is correct, GEJ is an example of a politician that truly understands the meaning of democracy! I look forward to his concession speech and a smooth transition.

#NigeriaDecides - Initial 2015 Presidential Election Results Are Probably Fake
Using the #NigeriaDecides hashtag for wider reach, the official INEC Nigeria Twitter account has warned that no announcements for the 2015 Presidential Election Results be made by any third parties. However, their threat has not stopped some sites from releasing unverified and probably cooked up and fake results for the elections which just held yesterday.
While it is very likely that most results from polling stations have been counted, I find it stretching credulity that LG level and State level results could have been collated overnight. It is probably advisable for all to wait till INEC to release final results in 48 hrs as they promised. APC may find themselves to be rejoicing too soon if they go by these results below...

Some Nigerian celebs could not make the on-going elections because they had some prior engagements outside the country like the PSquare brothers and Flavour in London, while others chose to leave the country for their own personal reasons. However, I'm impressed by the number of people in the entertainment industry who chose to get involved and inspire others to do the same. Among them are Ini Edo, Timi Dakolo, Banky W, Mo Abudu, Kunle Afolayan, Mercy Aigbe, Segun Demuren, Mocheddah, and more...
