The 2015 Critics’ Choice Television Awards held yesterday in Beverly Hills, California and several TV stars turned out in their finery for the event. Taraji P. Henson won for best actress in a drama, in a nomination list that included Viola Davis for “How to Get Away With Murder'. I was kinda sad Viola didn't win, but happy for Taraji. I watched the show and her acceptance speech was hilarious as she talked about the risk she took by becoming Cookie and how excited she continues to be that fans love the character.
Other guests include Lorraine Toussaint, Queen Latifah, Tracee Ellis Ross, Chuck Lorre, Cat Deeley, Maggie Gyllenhaal, Terry Crews, Bryshere Y. Gray, Jessica Lange, Gina Rodriguez, Louis Gossett, Jr., Mel B and husband Stephen Belafonte, Roma Downey & husband Mark Burnett, Aisha Tyler and more.
