As we approach the half-way mark of 2016, there has been some unexpected wedding trends that have emerged and been noticed by observers. For instance;
• The 2-in-1 wedding dress, which does double-duty, taking a bride from the ceremony to the reception, is an emerging trend for 2016.
• Metallic palettes are bigger than ever with gold, silver and copper tones mixed in with the more traditional pastel shades.
• Couples are setting up a secondary bar called a ‘satellite bar’ at their reception with hand-picked cocktails and wine tasting options for guests.
