#Llamas on the Loose In Phoenix Starts Twitter Hilarity

Two llamas on the loose in Arizona has got Twitter users all excited as the two animals, a bigger white Llama and a smaller black Llama led police on a frisky chase through the suburbs of Phoenix. The domestic animals became a trending topic as they raced through lawns, golf courses and across roadways before finally being lassoed.

Fuelling the frenzy was the fact that the chase was caught on camera, showing the animals thwarting numerous attempts by deputies to round them up. Till now, it has not been discovered where the animals escaped from or where they were going as they danced and sidestepped bystanders, golf carts and lasso bearing cowboys.

Cow Escapes Butcher Shop, But Is Shot and Killed By Police

A fully grown cow being prepared for slaughter jumped a 6-foot fence to escape the Butcher's tools, but it did not get the happy ending it sought. The cow ran through the streets of Pocatello but was quickly pursued by police, who finally shot and killed it.

The cow had escaped from Anderson Custom Pack, a meat processing business, on Friday afternoon, HuffPo reports. Early in the chase, an officer shot the cow in the head but the wounded animal kept running.

The last time Pope Francis made another of such controversial statements, it turned out to be a hoax! So I was a little less quick to believe this story on face value. The 77 year old pope is reported to have stated this during his weekly address in the Vatican’s St. Peter’s Square. He claimed that dogs, along with “all of God’s creatures,” can make it to heaven.
The pope's remarks were made in order to comfort a young boy who was mourning the death of his dog.
