Woman Strips Naked To Pay Homage To Statue Of Nelson Mandela
A woman at the Nelson Mandela Square in South Africa stripped naked, and then hugged and paid homage to the massive Nelson Mandela's statue.
According to reports, this caused quite the ruckus as people around rushed out to see her and a man got smacked on the head by his wife for trying to take a closer look.
Someone managed to get a picture (below), before the guard on duty told put on her clothes, which she did and left.
It's kind of creepy, but maybe she had deeper reasons. Doesn't it make you wonder what was going through her mind?

Madiba Lives On - Some of Nelson Mandela's Best Quotes
Nelson Mandela passed away last Thursday aged 95 and the South African president Jacob Zuma in announcing his death stated, “Our nation has lost its greatest son, yet what made Nelson Mandela great was precisely what made him human. We saw in him what we seek in ourselves, and in him we saw so much of ourselves.” This cannot be more true.

Memorial Service For Nelson Mandela at the Aso Villa Chapel, Abuja
Someone said Goodluck Jonathan was Nigeria's Mandela which I think is ill advised, as only history will prove that. President Jonathan himself who was in Paris when news of Mandela's death was announced was more officious. He declared three days of national mourning with flags to be flown at half mast, which was fitting considering the historical ties between Nigeria and South Africa, and Nelson Mandela n particular. The three days culminated in a memorial service for the late Mandela held yesterday at the Aso Villa Chapel, Abuja. Mandela will be buried in SA, December 15. May his soul rest in peace.

Nelson Mandela in prison |
Mandela was born on July 18, 1918, so today is his 95th birthday. His name Rolihlahla, translated from Xhosa means literally “pulling a branch off a tree” — or, more colloquially, “troublemaker.” He was tried for treason for over five years and was jailed for 27. He became the first South African president elected in a free and fair election for all SA citizens. Mandela will forever remain a deep footprint in history.
