Irreconcilable what? most divorce cases are usually related to financial differences. But none would want to admit it. Whenever you hear a couple, citing irreconcilable differences as their reason for divorce, look very well and you will discover it has to do with money.

It's only a few that's as a result of domestic violence or infidelity. Most of them are caused by financial issues.

Ask any divorce lawyer, and he or she will certainly confirm it (if they are sincere enough). Imagine asking a woman who's been so used to an extravagant lifestyle or wooed based on that before marrying her, to readjust or change her lifestyle due to economic reasons.

Philip Seymour Hoffman didn't want to leave any money to his three young children with Mimi O'Donnell, court documents have revealed -- supporting wishes expressed by the actor in a nearly 10-year-old will that went public in February.

Hoffman "did not want his children to be considered 'trust fund' kids," according to a new filing obtained by the New York Post.

And there's a bundle of money to be had: about $35 million, the paper said.

Baptist missionary Nathan Leuthold is accused of killing his wife, Denise Leuthold of Peoria, Illinois on Valentines Day last year.

The wife was found dead in the couple's home of a gunshot wound to the head, and at first, it was thought to be the work of a home invader.

But cops felt something wasn't right -- especially the fact that Denise was shot with the same type of gun that Nathan owned, which was now missing. And also, Nathan was allegedly having an affair with the 20-year-old girl the couple had sponsored to come to the U.S.

#RIP Eric Garner - New York Man Dies After Cops Put Him In a Chokehold [Disturbing Video]

It was a family tragedy as father-of-six, 43-year-old Eric Garner, died on Thursday 17 July after being put in a chokehold by police and pinned to the ground on Staten Island, New York.

In the video below, you can see him get in a small argument with some cops before up to a half-dozen of them pounced, pushed him to the ground and sat on him. One of the cops had a locked elbow around his neck, a chokehold, and Eric Garner kept repeating, "I can't breathe, I can't breathe." before he became unresponsive.

His mother, wife and children are left mourning this unnecessary loss. May his soul rest in peace.
