Community Mourns 8 Children Massacred By Mother In Cairns Australia

Mersane Warria was the major adult living with eight children found stabbed to death in a Manoora home yesterday, and now family and neighbours are speaking out about her erratic behavior before the discovery.

Police have revealed the victims were four girls, aged 12, 11, and two, and four boys aged nine, eight, six, and five, and five fathers had been informed that their children had been killed in the massacre.

It was also confirmed by police that Mersane Warria, also known as Raina Thaiday, has been arrested for the alleged murders of the children but has not been formally charged. She remains under police guard at Cairns Hospital.

The Obama Family Jet Off For 2-Week Hawaii Christmas Vacation

The Obamas, including President Obama, the First lady, Michelle Obama, and their daughters Sasha and Malia are now in Hawaii for their usual Christmas holiday together. The family flew overnight in Air Force one, direct from Maryland to Pearl Harbor, Hawaii. They are not expected to return to Washington D.C. until January 4, that is 17 days in total. The White House said in a statement.

'On Friday, December 19, President Obama and the First Family will travel to Honolulu, Hawai’i. The arrival of Air Force One is open to pre-credentialed media and closed to the public. The President and First Family do not have any scheduled public events during their time in Hawai’i.'

CCTV footage from the lobby of now-closed Revel casino released yesterday shows what happened after NFL player Ray Rice knocked out Janay Rice, then his wife-to-be. And why she may have gone ahead to marry him and is still defending him today.

The video was obtained exclusively by ABC News, and shows a distraught Janay Palmer,  and the Baltimore Ravens player handcuffed by police and giving on-the-site statements about their earlier fight. We can't hear what they are saying but as they are taken away in the same elevator, Janay leans into her fiance and they share a kiss.

Leah Remini Finds Out Husband's Cheating On Ellen Show - Real OR Fake?

On 17 December 2014, actress Leah Remini appeared on the Ellen DeGeneres Show and in a prank call segment, Leah somehow found out her husband was cheating. Leah Remini had suggested she call her husband Angelo Pagan, whom she stated was on a business trip, for an unspecified prank to which Pagan was not a party.

However, a woman answered the phone, and Remini appeared to be surprised and seemingly became angry after she identified herself to the individual as Pagan's wife. On the other end of the line, the woman who answered seemed to say to someone there, "You're married?"

The segment quickly cut away, leading many viewers to believe that the prank was cut short by Remini's discovery of her husband's infidelity. Watch the video below...

With Christmas being just a week away, a lot of us will be rushing out this weekend to do some holiday shopping. If you’re thinking about buying a loved one some underwear, be cautious. An undercover investigation by NBC News’ Jeff Rossen discovered that several popular retailers put returned underwear back on the shelves as-is. That’s right — you could be buying used panties and not even know it.

For the investigation, the news team visited various retailers including Macy’s, Bloomingdale’s, Victoria’s Secret, and Walmart and purchased underwear. They then discreetly marked the inside tags of underwear with a marker and returned them.Some retailers handled the returns appropriately, while in other instances the crew was able to find their ‘used’ panties on the shelves ready to be sold to the next customer.
