Kate Henshaw is currently on vacation in Switzerland and decided to take in some touristy sights in the Lugano area. She took the tram to the top of Monte S.Salvatore.. Lugano. Switzerland and like she wrote, the views are certainly worth it. Enjoy her pics below...

ReplyDeleteI was in Switzerland in May and it was an amazing experience. They like to call themselves the home of chocolate and cheese. I was at the Nestle chocolate factory and indeed saw, for the first time, the man Nestle. His portrait I mean! I didnt even know Nestle was a name. :)
ReplyDeleteI was also at a cheese factory and though it smelled nasty, the cheese was to die for!
For the first time in my life I saw a cow wearing sweater. I guess the weather was too cold and they had to protect them.
Look at us in Nigeria, we have 12 months of summer and what do we have to show for it? Nothing. We import even tomatoes and toothpicks -until last year or so when the importation of toothpicks was banned.
Swtizerland is posh and expensive but the memories will last long.
I love to travel and its always worth it. Glad to know she had fun.
