In poses that include going topless, squeezing blood from a heart, posing like the madonna, and wearing a surfboard on her back like wings, the shoot is typical CR.
In a poem for the same edition, the singer reveals that her 2 year old daughter, BlueIvy, is her biggest muse, and that she draws on her alter ego, Sasha Fierce on stage, and sometimes even in bed.
