Dr. Obianuju Vanstatia Okorocha has gotten married to Dr. Uzoma Tony Anwukah in both traditional and white wedding ceremonies. In addition to their similar professions, the couple come from illustrious families in Imo State. She is the second daughter of governor Rochas Okorocha and he is the first son of the Secretary to the State Government, Prof Anthony Anwukah. The traditional wedding took place on Thursday and the church ceremony on Saturday 11th Oct 2014.
At the dinner of Okorocha's daughter wedding ceremony in Ogboko, Imo state were Mr. Sam Nda-Isaiah, APC presidential aspirant, and Governor Babatunde Fashola of Lagos state among others.
The white wedding was attended by former Head of State and an APC presidential aspirant Gen. Muhammadu Buhari, APC National Leader, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, APC presidential aspirants, Gov. Rabi'u Musa Kwankwaso and former Vice President Atiku Abubakar.
