Following the Hollywood Film Awards on Friday, Kristen Stewart was reported to have had a “major” nip slip on stage while presenting the Actress award to her Still Alice co-star Julianne Moore. However, the full video of the award presentation posted online by CBS shows that while Kristen's dress was riding low on her chest, there was nothing that needed to be censored.

Kristen Stewart was wearing a two-piece haute couture Chanel gown, made up of a bandeau white dress, under a grey beaded turtle-neck top at the event. Websites like Us Weekly, E! and HollywoodLife had reported that the actress' nipples popped through the chain-mail looking top.
