There has been a certainty that Hillary Clinton will run again for president in the 2016 elections but she took her time officially announcing it. Now, CNN is reporting that the former first lady, senator and secretary of state will be publicly opening up on her presidential candidacy this Sunday in the form of a video message.
According to the report, Hillary Clinton will then begin a trip to early-voting states of Iowa and New Hampshire to start appealing to voters. The news has sent Twitter into a meltdown, both for and against Hillary's chances and the fact that it seems the media has already crowned her the Democratic candidate even though others are throwing their hats in the ring.
