I am the director at Melissa Rae Photography, and I regularly write about weddings. I produced this info-graphic attached offering help for women who are stressed out about their big day! It deals with many of the common problems such as dealing with family and nagging issues about expenses.

I really think a big part of achieving a stress free wedding is being organized, and delegating tasks can play a major role in helping you keep on top of things! This includes stuff like the groom helping out, friends and family chipping in, or even just using some helpful apps. It's hard to arrange everything yourself and it will end up driving you mad!

Planning a wedding can be a very stressful time. Part of this stress is caused by taking on too much work yourself, and not planning everything properly will cause the workload to pile up. Planning a stress free wedding involves getting as much help as you can, and ensuring you are as organized as possible.

Stress is often caused by issues with family or bridesmaids that add unnecessary pressure in the lead up to your day. Dealing with these issues can cause a lot of concern for the bride to be. You need to tackle these issues head on and reach a compromise to ensure it won't affect you too much.

In the build up to your wedding it is important to get help from the groom and from your friends to take some of the heat off you. You can also get help from some useful apps that will help you to stay organized in the lead up to your wedding.

It's also important to take care of yourself, and stuff like sticking to sleep schedule and getting regular exercise will alleviate some of the stress you're experiencing.
