Robin Thicke & Paula Patton Officially Divorced

After nearly nine years of marriage, and several months of being legally separated, singer Robin Thicke and his actress wife, Paula Patton are officially divorced. While many hoped they would make it work, both have spoken out on various occasions to say they had moved on.

The former couple who met in high school while he was 14, and she 16, were together for almost 20 years as a romantic couple. They filed for separation amid rumors of infidelity and after a photo emerged of Robin Thicke groping a fan in public.

It seems Paula Patton and Robin Thicke are about to officially go their separate ways. The actress has filed for divorce from her singer husband citing "irreconcilable differences" even though he has been begging her since their separation to take hm back.

In what seems to suggest an amicable split, Paula Patton is asking the judge to grant the estranged couple joint custody of their 4-year-old son Julian.

Robin Thicke Says Marriage To Paula Patton As Good As Over

Robin Thicke put his home with Paula Patton and their son on the market Monday, and news is that she hasn't been there since the couple split in February.

And now, Robin Thicke is saying his marriage to Paula Patton is as good as over.

He is also saying that he is done begging!

Robin Thicke has been VERY public in his attempts at reconciliation, including making an entire album dedicated to his getting back his estranged wife, and even giving the album her name, Paula.

In an interview with New York’s Hot 97 radio station to promote the new album named after his estranged wife "Paula", he opened up about their current relationship revealing that he hadn’t seen her for four months.

Robin Thicke Will Name Forthcoming Album Paula After Estranged Wife

Robin Thicke really wants to get his girl back, that is, his estranged wife, Paula Patton, whom he seperated from earlier this year. The singer will even go as naming his forthcoming album after his estranged wife Paula Patton. The couple have been together over 20 years, they started dating in high school, got married in 2005 and they have a four-year-old son together.

According to US Magazine, the new album will be out on July 1st and will be named “Paula“.

It will include the single "Get Her Back," which the chart-topping star debuted at the 2014 Billboard Music Awards in May. Introducing the song onstage, Thicke said, "All right, y'all, help me get her back."
