#BendGate - iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus Users Not Happy Their New Phones Bend
Using the hashtag #bendgate, a small number of iPhone 6 and 6 Plus owners are claiming their new phones and phablets can bend in everyday use. Most of them are complaining that leaving the new iPhone in your pocket can leave it misshapen. So far Apple has not responded to the online complaints.
A few more examples appeared on a twitter account dedicated to so-called "bend-gate".
Apple competitor, LG Phones even got on the fun, sharing a picture of their flexible phone model.

Apple Unveils New iPhone 6, Apple Watch and iPhone 6 Plus - See Best Features
Apple has revealed the iPhone 6 and the larger iPhone 6 Plus today, Tuesday at an event near its headquarters in Cupertino, California.
Topping the list of new features is a 4.7-inch display, larger than any previous iPhone model. The screen has a resolution of 1,134 x 750, for a pixel density of 289 ppi (pixels per inch). That's technically less sharp than what Apple has called "retina" quality, and not nearly as pixel-dense as some other flagship phones, such as the LG G3 (538 ppi). Apple calls the the new display "Retina HD."
The iPhone 6 features a brand-new physical design, with curved glass sides. The front glass is "ion strengthened," Apple marketing head Phil Schiller said at the unveiling. The design is 6.9 millimeters thin, which compares to 7.6mm for the previous generation, the iPhone 5S.

Samsung Phone Fire - Why You Should Never Sleep With Phones Under Your Pillow
A 13-year-old North Texas girl was awoken in the night by a smoldering cell phone under her pillow after she put it in there before she fell asleep.
Ariel Tolfree said; “I didn’t think much of it, so I went back to sleep and then I woke up again and it was more prominent.”
Tolfree’s dad believes the phone overheated, causing the battery to swell and ignite a small fire.
Reacting, the cell phone manufacturer (a Samsung S4) says she did something they warn users about, never put your phone in a place where it might not get enough air!
