#BendGate - iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus Users Not Happy Their New Phones Bend

Using the hashtag #bendgate, a small number of iPhone 6 and 6 Plus owners are claiming their new phones and phablets can bend in everyday use. Most of them are complaining that leaving the new iPhone in your pocket can leave it misshapen. So far Apple has not responded to the online complaints.

A few more examples appeared on a twitter account dedicated to so-called "bend-gate".

Apple competitor, LG Phones even got on the fun, sharing a picture of their flexible phone model.



The video below from Unbox Therapy proves that if you apply huge amounts of pressure to a 7mm thick smartphone made of aluminium, it will bend.
