These women are the real boss ladies and it's no surprise finding them at the Woman inspiring pre Oscar Brunch which held yesterday. Rita Ora shared some photos from the event which was hosted by Diane von Fürstenberg. Meryl Streep gave a talk, and Gugu Mbatha-Raw also attended with her director and producer from Beyond the Lights. Rita wrote;

Rita Ora is a platinum blonde bombshell on the cover of the February issue of L’Officiel magazine. The chart-topping singer and Oscar nominee who is signed on to Jay Z's Roc Nation along with Rihanna, is beginning to make her own way beyond her music.

Rita Ora is currently on TV as a coach on The Voice UK ahead of the release of her new single and album. She will also be soom making her movie debut in ‘Fifty Shades Of Grey’ as Mia Grey, sister to Christian Grey. The movie hits cinemas in the next few weeks.

The fappening website seems not to have been affected by the legal and moral issues confronting them since they started releasing hacked pictures of celebrities. The latest to be targeted is singer Rita Ora as they posted a message: "Leaked photos of Rita Ora. Coming soon!" to the website yesterday.

Some reports have also listed several new celebrities as having their pictures hacked and released without their consent. They include Doctor Who actor, Mark Smith and his girlfrend Daisy Lowe, Kelly Brook, Winona Ryder, Hulk Hogan's son Nick, and Nina Dobrev from the Vampire Diaries.
