Nigeria was well represented in the roll call for winners at the just concluded MTV Africa Music Awards. Davido took home two awards, for Best Male and Artist of the Year. Tiwa Savage won Best Female Artist. Video director Clarence Peters won two awards – Transform Today by Absolut, and Best Video. Flavor took the Best Live Act. See full list below.

Tracy Morgan In Critical Condition After Fatal Car Crash, Walmart Driver Charged

Tracy Morgan is currently in critical condition after his Mercedes Limo was backended by a Walmart truck-trailer. Tracy Morgan is best known for his comedic roles on "Saturday Night Live" and "30 Rock," and was on his way back from a comic event. 63-year-old James McNair who was in 's vehicle died in the crash while the comedian and three other passengers were hospitalized. The driver of the truck that hit them has been charged now.

 The 2014 MTV Africa Music Awards are currently going on in Durban, South Africa and most African music acts and some of their African American counterparts are present and representing. Among the stars at the MAMAs are Tiwa Savage and husband TeeBillz Tunde Balogun, and Khloe Kardashian is also there with French Montana, as the two are said to be dating.
