Pope Francis Surprises Vatican Employees by Joining Them for Lunch In The Cafeteria
Pope Francis today showed again how much a pope of the people he is when he joined Vatican employees for lunch in the cafetaria. He even stood in line and served himself!
Just yesterday, the Pope met with Meriam Ibrahim and her family whom he thanked for "their courageous demonstration of constancy of faith" [see pics].
I wish more leaders had the down to earth spirit of the Pope. He shows everyday that he is just a man, and lives and teaches by example. This is true humility.

Mysterious White Flags Replace The Two American Flags On Top Of Brooklyn Bridge
Two white flags, the international symbols of surrender, flew for several hours earlier this week on top of the Brooklyn Bridge in New York.
The mysterious flags fluttered from the poles which usually fly the American flags on top of the stone supports of the bridge connecting Brooklyn and Manhattan.
The flags had a faint appearance of the stars and stripes, leading some to conclude that the real American flags had been bleached. Others believe the American flags that are normally up at the bridge had been removed.
Construction workers first spotted the white flags and notified authorities. Cops took down the flags at about noon. Several officers scaled the bridge and lowered one of the whitewashed flags at about 11 a.m. and the second about 20 minutes later.
Samsung Phone Fire - Why You Should Never Sleep With Phones Under Your Pillow
A 13-year-old North Texas girl was awoken in the night by a smoldering cell phone under her pillow after she put it in there before she fell asleep.
Ariel Tolfree said; “I didn’t think much of it, so I went back to sleep and then I woke up again and it was more prominent.”
Tolfree’s dad believes the phone overheated, causing the battery to swell and ignite a small fire.
Reacting, the cell phone manufacturer (a Samsung S4) says she did something they warn users about, never put your phone in a place where it might not get enough air!
Kaduna Bomb Blasts - Man Dressed As A Woman Arrested As Mastermind
The person arrested as the key planner of the twin bomb blasts in Kaduna that targeted General Buhari and a Muslim Sheik on their way to Eid prayers was a man disguised in a female dress.
Who else thinks this is just an innocent bystander? Probably a beggar who hopes to make more alms by passing himself as a woman?
Okechukwu Ofili wrote an article - on how the security services in Nigeria operate when they arrest suspects of crimes committed in the country - titled, "The #Nigeria Na You Do Am Criminal Investigation Strategy";
But the problem is this…nobody really knows why he is a suspect. No CCTV footage, no forensic evidence, nothingI can't help but think this is a perfect example. See more pictures below...

Today's music industry is filled with plenty of powerful woman, so it's no surprise their music is just as empowered. Some of them identify as feminists, others do not, but the common thread is their music inspires us.
