April First Jokes and Visit to the Snoqualmie Falls

Posted in: , , ,
OK, you guys got me. I didn't win any Mega Millions. I should have said, I wish I had won some mega millions jackpot. Imagine what I would do with that money! But hey, life continues. Happy April 1st everyone. I hope this month comes with many goodies for us all. :)

Anyway, some weeks ago, we took a drive to the Waterfalls that had been part of our Helicopter Tour. It was one thing to see it from 10,000ft in the air, but the pilot noted we could also see it up close and personal if we wanted as it was just off a regular road. So off we went one weekend. Enjoy...

And Finally, a video too. Waterfalls just sound so majestic, I could listen to this one all day.

  2. I came here via the A to Z Challenge and saw you hadn't posted for it, but then I saw Snoqualmie Falls and I stopped to read. I live only 10 minutes from the falls and visit it at least 10 times a year. It's most beautiful in November when the rains are the worst, but this time of year is good as well since the snow in the Cascades is starting to melt.

  6. Great photos, Myne. And it looks like you had a super fun day. As soothing as waterfalls are, they're a bit soothing, I think, as well.

  8. Gorgeous, gorgeous falls (and the happy couple by the railing ain't too shabby, either).

Something about the amazing sound and fury and motion of all the water in a waterfall is hypnotizing, IMO. Thanks for sharing.

  11. The waterfalls are good for romance. Some people work too much and don't enjoy their marriage life. Most Nigerian men stop taking their wives out after a few years of marriage. Such wives are taken for granted.
