Funny Video - Officer Titus Enters One Chance

A comedy skit about Titus, a traffic law enforcement officer and his hilarious adventures with Lagos traffic offenders. Very funny ending. I don't think Officer Frank deserved what he got, what do you think?

    very funny...He deserved it because he was not being professionally..he talked too much and he didnt even inspect or look at the interiors of the car before entering it.......see the fear in his eyes when he saw the dog...
