Blast From the Past - Nepa Says No More Blackout
There is NEPA no more, so maybe we shouldn't hold this newspaper headline from back in the eighties against the power company? The deadline for no more black outs was 1986, now almost thirty years later, and an identity change, black outs, and regular prolonged ones at that, are still with us.

The kind of issue that we should describe as both sardonic and lugubrious. That is Nigeria, though. I would not overly complain. I would work smarter until I could care less if they supply electricity or not.
