Indian student Prateek Verma made a bad call when he decided to tell his father he had made his girlfriend pregnant. He had probably seen other teenangers play the prank on their own fathers and thought it would be a great joke to play on his own dad. But all fathers are not the same, and you can never say how any one will take a practical joke.
20-year-old Prateek certainly didn't count on the violent attack he would get from his father after making the ill-judged announcement. His dad, Sunder Verma, 50, is infuriated by the news and launches at his son in a fit of uncontrollable rage, kicking and punching him as the engineering student pleads for mercy, quickly confessing that it has all been a prank.
