Empress Njamah Works Out - Debuts Pictures Of Her New Slim Look

Nollywood actress Empress Njamah has debuted pictures of her slimmer figure after she was recently criticized by the media for adding weight.

Empress shared the pictures on her new Instagram page that showed she is now working out and very happy to flaunt her fit body on movie sets and at home.

    I'm happy for her. The last time I saw her at the airport, she wore something very tight and mehn that **se looked so 'strong' that I thought it could crack a coconut open. It didn't look eye-friendly at all. Hope it looks better and softer now that she is slimmer... no be beef o na true I talk.

    Since muscle requires more calories to support itself, your body starts to process it with the goal that it can save the approaching calories for its survival. Australia slimming tea
