Michael Strahan and Nicole Murphy have ended their five-year engagement. The couple's rep announced to People Magazine that they have decided to amicably go their separate ways.
“They love each other very much, but with the distance and work schedule it has been hard to maintain the relationship.”
Micheal Strahan works in New York while Nicole works mostly in LA.
42-year old Michael is a former NFL player turned television host on ABC's Kelly and Michael morning show. 46-year old Nicole is Eddie Murphy‘s ex and also a model/VH1 star of Hollywood Exes.
The couple started dating in 2007 and became engaged in 2009. Their blended family would have had 9 children - Michael has 4 kids and Nicole 5.
