Latest trailers for season 10 of Keeping up with the Kardashians have the major storyline for Kim Kardashian dealing with her struggles to get pregnant again with husband Kanye West. Supposedly, the couple whose daughter is just over a year old have been doing all they can to get her knocked up again, which involves lot of sex. But we all know that for babies, the nookie has to go in the cookie.
But going by Kim's caption for the photo above with Kanye which she just shared on Instagram, it seems someone is going to get it from the back. So either Kim is pregnant already or they just love spicing it up. The caption - an eggplant and a peach - however had several of her fans going eww and saying that she lacked class.
