Former Spice girl, now fashion designer Victoria Beckham shared the photo above of the couple with their four children Brooklyn, 16, Romeo, 12, Cruz, 10, and three-year-old Harper, on the occassion of the couple's 16th year wedding anniversary yesterday. She captioned it: ‘Happy anniversary, I love u so much x I'm so proud of our beautiful family x.’
David Beckham also shared the occasion with his fans on social media, posting this TBT photo of both of them to his Instagram page with the caption;
'16 years ago today was our special day...16 years on we have our beautiful children... Thank you for giving me our amazing little ones .... Happy anniversary.'
David and Victoria first met at a football match back in 1997, and later got married in 1999 at Luttrellstown Castle in Ireland. Their then-4-month-old son, Brooklyn, was the ring bearer at the ceremony. The Beckhams have become one of the showbiz world's power couples ever since, even though they had their share of public scandals, but they held it together. Kudos to them!
