Gbenro Ajibade & Osas Ighodaro Have July 4th White Wedding in New York [Photos]

Gbenro Ajibade and Osas Ighodaro met on the set of Tinsel TV show on which they were both actors, and love bloomed. They got engaged last year, and after their traditional wedding last week in Benin, Nigeria, the young couple had their white wedding in New York, USA yesterday, July 4th - America's Independence Day commemoration.

The groom, who usually rocks his dreads cut them as he starts a new life with his wife. For the wedding, Mai Atafo dressed both bride and groom. Gbenro was wearing a classic ivory tuxedo and low U - shaped double-breasted waistcoat with contrasting black cover buttons, and Osas in a figure skimming cream mermaid gown with a beaded top, and long full train. Osas Ighodaro got engaged to her Tinsel co-star Gbenro Ajibade last weekend [here] when he announced their previously quiet relationship. The actress is now speaking out via her own instagram page, and is full of love for her fiance. She shared the picture above and added;

"Na wa o. Oook..., so I have finally landed back on solid ground since I have been floating on Cloud 9 for the past few days... What?? I'm engaged?! I def didn't see this coming... but the joy and happiness that fills my heart, mind & soul can't fully be described in just a few words. Above all....God is soooo good!

Tinsel Couple Osas Ighodaro And Gbenro Ajibade Engaged After Proposal At Statue of Liberty

Osas Ighodaro and RML man candy Gbenro Ajibade [see photos here and here] met as co-stars on Nigerian soap Tinsel, started dating about a year ago, and are now engaged.

Osas and Gbenro have kept their relationship very quiet but have come out now that they've made it official. Gbenro proposed by the Statue of Liberty in New York, and Osas said YES!
