Keys To Great Sex - Men Need To Watch Porn & Women Need More Sleep!
A new medical research has reveal that women who sleep more get more sex but for men the answer could be to watch more porn! A separate university study claims watching non-hardcore adult films improves their performance between the sheets, even if the idea may be unfavourable to many people. It counters previous research which suggests pornography desensitises men when it comes to their normal sexual relations.
In the first study for the specialist Journal of Sexual Medicine as reported by Mirror UK, researchers from the University of Michigan’s Medical School studied 171 young adult women. They analysed their sleep patterns and their subsequent sexual experiences. And when it came to having sex, they were more easily aroused than tired women, it added. It equates to a 14 per cent increase in sexual activity for each extra hour of shuteye, said the report.

Woman-On-Top is The Most Dangerous Sex Position For Men - Study
While many women enjoy the cowgirl or woman-on-top sex because they can control their own pleasure, the position has been revealed as being quite dangerous for men. The results of a recent study by doctors in Brazil has found that the ‘cowgirl’ or woman on top position is responsible for half of all penile fractures during sexual intercourse reported at their hospitals.
Doctors and academics looked at patients attending three A&E units with suspected “penile fractures” over a 13 year period. Half of them reported hearing a crack before experiencing pain, with some also suffering swelling. Their average age was 34 and some of the men waited up to six hours before seeking medical help.

Why Men Want Sex In The Morning and Women at Night – Study
A recent study notes that a man’s level of sex hormones is at the highest when he wakes up while a woman’s is at the lowest and this explains the difference in when both genders want sex. Notably, higher testosterone levels equals higher sex drive. Even though both men and women have testosterone, it is more present in men, known as the sex drive or male hormone.
One of the researchers, Ashley Grossman, a professor of neuroendocrinology at St Bartholomew’s Hospital, London, said even before a man opens his eyes in the morning, his level of testosterone is at its peak – between 25 per cent and 50 per cent – more than at any other time of the day.
He explained that the pituitary gland in a man’s brain – which governs the production of the male sex hormone – has been switched on in the night and its levels have been rising steadily until dawn.

Ignorance, Sex, Relationships and Religion - Who Is Fooling Who?
By Onyinye Orabuike
Once two men walked into our Lagos office and demanded to speak with the manager. They offered to do a comprehensive computerised health check for us, and they said it was for free. Why not? They started with Dan. They got to me last and I was eager to begin.
They inserted something that looked like a pencil with liquid inside and asked me to hold still. I was a little surprised that was all they came with for the test. I sort of expected to see a large computer screen that would outline all my organs and their state of health. He read the liquid pencil and told me I had lucomasto...., it was no use attempting to pronounce it so I asked him the implications instead.
