The man found himself in a sticky situation when his current girlfriend and his ex both threw themselves into a river - as a way to prove which one he loved the most.

But over the following three months, jilted Jun kept hassling him to get back with her and so she decided to arrange a meeting between the three of them. When they gathered at a beauty spot in Ningbo, in eastern China’s Zhejiang province, the situation quickly went to pieces.

Centenarians, Duranord and Jeanne Veillard have been married for 82 years and while Duranord celebrated his 108th birthday last month, his wife will turn 105 in May.

Duranord was born in 1907 to a fisherman in southern Haiti. He grew up in Port-au-Prince, where he studied law, and married Jeanne in November 1932, and they raised five children together.
