Rihanna Slams Reports She's Sniffing Cocaine In New Video

Rihanna has slammed allegations she was using cocaine in a video she uploaded and later deleted on instagram, insisting she was simply smoking. The clip showed her at a table with what looks like a slim white tube in her hands. After the camera cuts to her friends, it comes back to Rihanna holding her nose for several seconds. Rihanna deleted the video after allegations she was using cocaine erupted, but an instagram user captured screenshots from the clip and posted on his page, calling Rihanna the next Whitney Houston.

Rihanna is however not having any of it. She got on the posters comment section to set things straight, writing; 'Nigga your lame ass got some f**king nerve!!! Any fool could see that's a joint that I'm basing with cigarette! Who tF snorts tobacco??!! FOH witcho "never been to a rodeo so someone squeezing their nose means they're doing coke" lookin ass!! Chibok Girls Anniversary: Female Boko Haram Abductee Trained to Fight Speaks Out

Today marks the one-year anniversary of the April 14, 2014 mass abduction by Boko Haram of almost 300 Nigerian schoolgirls in the northeastern Nigerian town of Chibok. Amnesty International has now released a report called, 'Our job is to shoot, slaughter and kill': Boko Haram's reign of terror in north east Nigeria, which is based on nearly 200 witness accounts, including 28 with abducted women and girls who escaped captivity.

The report is accompanied by a video of Boko Haram's female fighters mostly made of abducted girls and women. In the video, 19-year-old Aisha speaks of how during the months she was held captive, she was raped repeatedly, sometimes by groups of several fighters. She witnessed her sister being killed as well as up to 50 people who refused to convert or get trained. Aisha accepted to be trained to fight and was sent on an operation to attack her village. Mom of Orekoya Children Weeps As Deadline For Ransom Passes & Kids Still Missing [Video]

Today makes it 5 days since 11 months old Aderomola Orekoya and his older brothers, Adedamola Orekoya, 4, and Demola Orekoya, 6, were kidnapped by a newly employed nanny from their home. Some days after the kidnapping, the kidnappers contacted the family to ask for a N13million ransom within 2 days or they will loose their kids forever.

The heartbroken and tearful mother says they can not afford that amount in this emotional video that just emerged today. Woman Died After Childbirth At Eko Hospital Due to Negligence - Petition

A few days ago, the death was reported of Dolapo Adesanya, who had passed away after a complicated delivery at Eko Hospital in Lagos. Many blamed the hospital for what they called an avoidable death. A petition was even started which has received over 1,300 signatures as at today. The petition stated that negligence by Staff of Eko Hospital, Lagos resulted in the death of Dolapo Adesanya, and called on the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria to sanction the Hospital.

A friend of the family who was close the events leading up to Dolapo's death wrote an article questioning the ethics of the hospital and calling for an investigation of what he termed negligence. #JodiArias Sentenced To Life In Prison Without Parole For Boyfriend's Murder

#JodiArias was arrested in 2008 after the graphic murder of her ex-boyfriend, Travis Alexander, and has now been sentenced to life in prison without parole, after a long and difficult legal process. The judge called the crime "especially cruel" during the sentencing in court today. Alexander's body was discovered in his Arizona, home with a shot in the head and stabbed nearly 30 times. His throat had been cut from ear to ear.

Arias first said she had not been present when he was murdered, then when DNA proved she was lying, she said there had been a home invasion by two unknown killers. She finally admitted to the heinous act during the trial, with her lawyers claiming that Travis Alexander was a violent womanizer, and that she had killed him in self-defense during a domestic argument.

A 15-year-old Chinese girl in Henan is in the news after reports say she underwent extensive plastic surgery to look white and win back an ex boyfriend. Instead of an expected uproar on her surgery photos, many find it disturbing that her after surgery pictures are very popular, having been received with a wave of enthusiastic admiration on Chinese social media.

According to reports, the young girl's account on Chinese social media platform Weibo, which states her birthday is May, 1999, has a shocking 400,000 followers. Her fans commented on her photos that she is "too beautiful to look at" and that her pointed chin and snow-white skin had made her a "snake spirit," a reference to one of the most popular folk legends in China.
