Family Time: Kim Kardashian Enjoys The Beach With North and Kanye West in Mexico

Kim Kardashian went away to Mexico with her girlfriends, and now she's all about being a mother and wife as she's joined by husband Kanye West with their baby girl North.

The couple and their one-year-old took time out to enjoy some family time on the beach during their vacation in Puerto Vallarta.

#RIP Eric Garner - New York Man Dies After Cops Put Him In a Chokehold [Disturbing Video]

It was a family tragedy as father-of-six, 43-year-old Eric Garner, died on Thursday 17 July after being put in a chokehold by police and pinned to the ground on Staten Island, New York.

In the video below, you can see him get in a small argument with some cops before up to a half-dozen of them pounced, pushed him to the ground and sat on him. One of the cops had a locked elbow around his neck, a chokehold, and Eric Garner kept repeating, "I can't breathe, I can't breathe." before he became unresponsive.

His mother, wife and children are left mourning this unnecessary loss. May his soul rest in peace.

Wizkid And Tania Omotayo All Loved Up at His 24th Birthday Party?

First, Tania shared a photo of the two of them in bed, now official photos from Wizkid's 24th birthday which held last Wednesday show the two lovebirds can't get their hands off each other. Or maybe they can :)

Maybe he's just feeling his old age like Tania joked, but Wizkid looked a little subdued at the party.

Femi Otedola's Daughter, DJ Cuppy Graduates With a 2:1 From Kings College London

Florence Otedola, known by her stage name DJ Cuppy is the 21 year old daughter of Oil Businessman Femi Otedola and his wife Nana. DJ Cuppy graduated from King’s College London with a degree in Business Management.

She graduated with a second class upper honors and has been admitted to New York University for her Masters program.

Folake Soyinka, who is the very private wife of Prof. Wole Soyinka,  recently opened up in an interview with The News magazine where she finally reveals their love story. She talks about how she and the Nobel laureate met and her parents initial objection to their relationship.

"There were objections from everywhere except from my sisters and brother who were happy if I was. I also had the support of his siblings here. My parents along with most of my relatives objected, not because of anything, they just felt he was too famous and too accomplished.

They worried about that. But within a few months after we were married, my parents had changed their mind and they loved him until they passed away. His close friends didn't have a problem with it but also everyone had an opinion.

This weekend, just a few days after it was revealed that Scott Disick was hospitalized for alcohol poisoning in late June, Khloe Kardashian showed him some support.
