He said it was not only security that cause the shift in date, he referred to Lagos where he said only 38% have their PVCs, maeaning that many will not be able to vote.

On Boko Haram, he said he had meetings with the President of Chad and he said before he can send troops to Nigeria, the AU have to be involved. He also said Boko Haram doesn't necessarily have to be completely wiped out before elections are conducted. The mother of a 2-month-old baby girl who police suspect was beaten to death over the weekend by a friend's 11-year-old daughter said Tuesday it was the girl who asked that the baby stay overnight with her and her mother.

Trina Whitehead, 31, of Cleveland, told The Associated Press that she and the girl's mother were best friends and that she never saw anything in the girl's behavior that concerned her. Whitehead said her two daughters, who are 8 and 7 years old, previously stayed the night at the friend's home in suburban Wickliffe without any reported problems.

Women Are Banned From Driving in Saudi Arabia To Prevent Rape - Male Historian

A Saudi Arabian historian has tried to defend the ban on women driving in the country by saying the ban prevents women from getting raped. In a recent interview on Saudi Rotana Khalijiyya TV, historian Saleh al-Saadoon said that a Saudi Arabian woman could get raped if her car were to break down along the road.

According to the transcript from the TV show as obtained by HuffPo, the historian then went on to say that in countries where women are allowed to drive that the women in those countries 'don't care' if they are raped by the roadside.
