Bisi Alimi On Homophobia and Violence Against Gay People In Nigeria
Nigerian gay activist Bisi Alimi has again written about what it means to be a gay Nigerian. He talks about his own experience of bullying on social media, death threats he got before he left Nigeria and the violence against other gay people who are still living in the country. Baby Girl ‘Pregnant’ With Twins at Birth
A baby girl with a rare, mysterious medical condition was found to be ‘pregnant’ with twins almost immediately after she was born. The foetuses, 8 to 10 weeks gestated, had legs, arms, a spine, rib cage and intestines. Both were also covered in skin one weighed 14.2 grammes and the other 9.3 grammes – and each had an umbilical cord.
The birth was reported in the Hong Kong Medical Journal. The condition, known as foetus in fetu occurs in just one in 500,000 births in the world and less than 200 cases have ever been reported. Doctors are yet to fully understand what causes the condition.

Season 3 House of Cards Leaks 2 Weeks Early
Some quick fans of House of Cards watched the first few minutes of the upcoming Season 3 of the Netflix hit show earlier today, when all 10 new episodes of the show suddenly became available. But only for a few minutes, the streaming service yanked it down almost immediately. Season 3 of the series was originally scheduled for release on Feb. 27, read here.
Netflix blamed a glitch in the system for the error. "Due to a technical glitch some Frank Underwood fans got a sneak peak. He'll be back on Netflix on Feb. 27," said Katie Urban, a spokesperson for Netflix.

Jamie Brewer is an actress well known for her work on “American Horror Story”, and she is also an advocate for people with intellectual disabilities. Tomorrow, as Jamie Brewer strides down the catwalk during New York Fashion Week, she'll not only be showing off an original design by Carrie Hammer, but she will also become the first woman with Down syndrome to grace the runway. She said of the honor;
“Young girls and even young women … [see me] and say ‘hey, if she can do it so can I. It’s a true inspiration being a role model for any young women to [encourage them] in being who they are and showing who they are.”

Janet Jackson has become like the blue moon, you only see her once a year or less, and this means it's always news whenever she is spotted. The 48-year-old singer stepped out in Milan, Italy today - for the first time in four months - and was photographed shopping at Giuseppe Zanotti Design, probably for designer shoes.
She was wearing a long coat to keep warm in the chilly weather and the rest of her all-black ensemble included a beanie hat, platform booties and loose-fitting cropped pants. Her hair was braided into a side ponytail.
Teen's Twitter Rant About New Pizza Place Job Gets Her Fired - Before She Even Starts!
Teenage Cella tweeted her lack of enthusiasm about her new job at Jet’s Pizza in Mansfield, Texas and that has got her fired before she even turned up on the first day. She was due to start work on Saturday, but on Friday she tweeted: “Ew I start this fuck ass job tomorrow.” She also added a series of thumbs-down emojis so those reading get an idea of how much she hates the job.
A staff member at the Mansfield pizzeria spotted the tweet and sent a munched picture to the store’s manager, Robert Waple Mr Waple replied via Twitter in response to Cella’s comment:

The focus of the #Presidentialmediachat this evening was on the upcoming elections and the security issues surrounding postponing the elections. He said it was not only security that cause the shift in date, he referred to Lagos where he said only 38% have their PVCs, maeaning that many will not be able to vote.
On Boko Haram, he said he had meetings with the President of Chad and he said before he can send troops to Nigeria, the AU have to be involved. He also said Boko Haram doesn't necessarily have to be completely wiped out before elections are conducted.
