Halle Berry and Gabriel Aubry dated for several years and had a daughter together before they split in 2011. Since then the former couple have been locked in a custody battle for their daughter, Nahla, now six years old. Gabriel Aubry had asked for more custody of Nahla, causing a judge to block Halle Berry from moving her to France, and he also wanted more child support.
In 2012, Halle Berry and Gabriel Aubry were involved in a Thanksgiving Day fight at the actress' home. The fisticuffs involved Gabriel Aubry and her then fiance now husband, actor Olivier Martinez.
Aubry was arrested after the fight, which left him with a black eye, a broken rib and other injuries.
Gabriel Aubry has gotten a court order a week ago stating that Halley Berry to pay her ex-boyfriend a retroactive payment of $115,000 and $300,000 to his attorneys to cover the costs of their custody dispute.
The agreement approved by Superior Court Judge Scott Gordon also calls for Halle Berry to pay Aubry $16,000 a month going forward, and to pay Nahla's tuition, though the former couple will split her health care expenses.
Inspite of this agreement which is only on child support payments, the custody dispute may yet continue.
Meanwhile, Halle Berry married her husband, Olivier Martinez in July 2013 after they were dating for over a year and the couple now have an 8-month-old son together.
