Lil Kim and her baby daddy, Mr Papers have welcomed their little daughter today at the Hackensack University Medical Center in New Jersey. The baby is said to have weighed in at 6 pounds, 5 ounces, and measured 19.5 inches long, and her name is Royal Reign. This is Lil' Kim's first child with her partner of two years, Mr. Papers.
Lil Kim's baby girl is healthy and well and Mum is also said to be in top condition.
