Harrison Ford's Wife Rushes To His Hospital Bedside After Serious Injury on Set of Star Wars Movie
Harrison Ford's wife, Calista Flockhart, is flying to be at his bedside as the Indiana Jones star prepares to spend a fourth day in hospital.
Harrison Ford had to be airlifted to the hospital in England after his ankle was seriously injured on the set of the latest Star Wars film. Unconfirmed reports say he was hitt by the door of the Millennium Falcon which his Hans Solo character in the movie pilots.
Initially, it was thought the injuries were minor, but there are now fears the actor's injuries are much worse, and could potentially take weeks to heal. There are reports that Harrison Ford could have suffered a pelvic injury and may have also needed a chest x-ray.
Calista Flockhart, whom many of us legal TV show buffs would recognize from her starring role in Ally McBeal, told reporters that she had always planned to visit England and was now 'en route'.
At the studios where the film is being shot, both the producers and other stars in the movies are praying for Harrison Ford's quick recovery.
Get better soon, Indiana Jones!
