Halle Berry is now 48 years old and a mom of two, with her little boy just over a year old. She has talked openly of breastfeeding both her children, with her baby son taking a heavy toll on her, read here.
Now, the oscar winner has revealed that what keeps her boobs perky is wearing bras all the time. She said the advice comes from her own mother.
“My Mother said if I don’t want my boobs to hit my knees by the time I’m 30, always wear a bra, even to bed.”
I want to be respectful but didn't a scientific research study prove that bras had no significant effect on how women's breasts responded to gravity as they got older?

I liked what she said about being married to her husband, Olivier Martinez though.
“I have definitely changed as a result of being married to a French husband.
“French women would not put their sweats on and run out to the market. So I care more about what I wear out of the house, because if not, he calls me out on it.
“They put a lot of energy into their outerwear, but also their underwear. They’re not going to get caught in an emergency room without being prepared.”
I think that all of us can benefit from, whether married to French men or not :)
