Rapper Ja Rule and singer Ashanti were in Nigeria recently to perform at an Independence Anniversary concert in Warri. They were the headlining act, and according to reports, those who attendend loved it. However, American social media critics mocked their rapper/singer duet performance as a cheap, bootleg form of Beyonce and Jay Z's recently concluded On The Run tour.
