Yesterday, it was revealed that actress Halle Berry was requesting that the courts order her child support payments to Gabriel Aubry to be reduced. Gabriel currently receives $16k a month for child support, but Halle wants it reduced to to $3k, a slash of more than 75%.

Now, sources claim that Gabriel intends to fight Halle on the cuts…
An insider tells Radar Online;
“Gabriel is going to fight any attempt to reduce the child support payments.”
“There is no proof that Gabe is abusing the system! He does still do modeling jobs. But it’s hard for him to pursue full-time work because he has joint custody of Nahla. There have been numerous modeling gigs Gabe has turned down simply because of the travel involved.”
Halle Berry is accusing her baby-daddy of abusing the system by refusing to get a job. She say he is solely dependent on her payments and that is hurting their child. Halle Berry and Gabriel Aubry have joint custody, and she thinks that having an unemployed father is a bad example for her daughter, Nahla.
