Rihanna visited the West Wing of the White House today and she chose to wear an Ankara print dress for the occassion. I don't know if she wore a long sleeved striped shirt under the dress, or it's part of the dress, but I think it works for a corporate chic look. The old phone receiver definitely adds a fun touch.
