Kris Jenner, momager to the Kardashians is now officially divorced from ex-husband Bruce Jenner. A judge in Los Angeles has signed the legal documents and the couple’s separation is now final after 22 years of marriage and two children.
The Jenners announced their separation in October 2013. Kris filed for divorce this September citing irreconcilable differences but listed the date of separation as early as June 1, 2013.
The couple had not signed a prenuptial agreement when they married, but Kris will keep the family home while the pair divides various bank account and other assets, according to the documents obtained by E! News. She will also pay him a one-off payment of $2.5 Million.
Neither will receive spousal support from the divorce agreement. The divorce settlement was reached through what all parties agreed was a relatively painless, amicable process, and that is why it took such little time to work it all out.
There’s no official custody arrangement for the Jenners’ only non-adult child, 17-year-old Kylie, because she is so close to legal adulthood. The judge determined that, and so she's expected to split time between her parents.
